For voice chat bookings, cancellations are not allowed, and no refunds will be provided. However, if the event is canceled, customers will receive a full refund. For Membership Plans or digital content purchases, cancellations are not permitted, and customers are not eligible for refunds. However, customers can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
A 100% refund will be provided if creators are unable to fulfill the requested services. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method and credited within 7 to 10 working days. There will be no refunds for tipping.
